Putting
Heart Into Business©
Survival in
our world is based on participating in a massive bartering
system, constantly exchanging value (goods and services)
between ourselves and other people. By working from the
heart and bringing passion and integrity to this exchange of
value, we create great abundance in all endeavors.
In our
culture, many organizations have lost sight of the fact that
the essential nature of business is to be of service to
clients or customers. They have focused solely on
making money in the short-term, without much regard to
how that money is made or any long-term
consequences. They have had little regard for the
impact that the process has had on clients/customers,
employees, the community, society, and the environment.
Good business
is about creating a balanced and reciprocal exchange of
value, incorporating truth, heart, integrity, and an
altruistic philosophy in day-to-day operations. Good
business not only generates revenue, but it adds value to
clients, employees, and communities. If we focus on the
process of good business, we achieve the desired
outcome even more effectively.
In this
program, Susan engages her audience in a thought-provoking,
lively discussion on strategies to shift the paradigm of
American business and the employees who work for them.
This program
is offered as a keynote presentation (unlimited number of
audience participants) or a half-day program (up to 30
participants), depending upon the needs of the audience.
To discuss how
this program could be designed to meet the needs of your
