When faced with a sudden change in employment, creating a successful transition into a new position or career is critical in order to ensure a happy, healthy life for most people. This program prepares individuals to market themselves successfully in the 21st century.  

In this program, you will:

• Determine ideal career/job preferences.

• Evaluate trends in the local, regional, and national job market.

• Implement strategies to create exceptional resumes.  

• Understand how to utilize effective marketing strategies.

• Learn techniques to conduct research to identify target organizations based upon geography, industry, area of expertise. 

• Plan successful networking strategies.

• Practice effective interview and negotiation techniques.

• Create an action plan for immediate implementation.

In addition to a full-day format (maximum of 30 participants), this program can be tailored for a keynote presentation (unlimited number of audience participants) or a half-day program, depending upon the needs of the audience.
